ANSWER: We make sure all of our machines with good quality, and our warranty is 1 year, we will provide the parts to you by DHL freely for any quality problems.

ANSWER: For LCL( (less than container load ) must use wooden box to prevent damage, and FCL(full container load) customers can choose wooden box or not as per requirements, we are experienced in it.
